野菜🥬を美味しく食べようの会

こんにちは！管理の堀口です 先日 宝塚へ行ってきました🚙
突然ですが皆さま、お野菜は好きですか？
私は元々「素材の味はできるだけ生かさないで」と思う方でした
はたして食べられるだろうか？と少々不安だったのですが…
1皿に10種類ほど盛り合わせてあるこのプレート、
優しい味付けなのにほんとに美味しい！
そしてこの量😲自宅ではなかなか用意できません(笑)
ちなみにこれは前菜です(この後スープ、メイン、パスタが出てきました)
左上はブラッドオレンジのソーダ🍹少しくすんだ自然な色なのもまた良いですね
少しだけ健康になった気がした一日でした
