おもてなしトイレ

お客様相談員の小塚です。
先日TOTOにおいて業者向けの商品説明会がありました。
一般顧客様向けではなかったのですが、商業施設や工場、事務所などのトイレなどの
勉強会でした。いわゆる『まちなかトイレ』の勉強会です。
講師の方は女性で目線がつねに女性目線で我々男子では気が付きにくいところから攻めて
行く感じでした。これからはトイレ全体のコーディネイトも気をつけて、見ていきたいものです。
